Empire

South Wales is a frontier province of the Islamic Empire, a superpower whos writ runs from Souther Africa to the Scottish border and from Indonesia to the banks of Rhine. Strategically vital to the Empire for its re-opened coalfields, the security of the province is increasingly threatened by the activities of the Meibion, the native Welsh resistance movement.

His aim is to be promoted Qadi upon the latter's retirement.
